30 Day Blog Challenge: Post Four

Five of my favorite foods.
Honestly most of my favorite foods are not made at home so I cannot write recipes for everything, therefore most of this post will be pictures. :)

1. Lemon Peppered Chicken Breast
INGREDIENTS
2 small lemons
1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
1 cup lemon juice 
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Slice a lemons into medium slices, removing any visible seeds.
Set the chicken breasts down into an 8x8 baking dish and pour the lemon juice on top. Sprinkle with the lemon pepper seasoning and set the lemon slices on top, layering them if you have extra slices.
Bake the chicken for around 40 minutes, or until the inner temperature reaches 165 degrees and there are no pink sections.
Remove the chicken from the pan and drain the liquid. Slice chicken and serve.
