When we went shopping Saturday for groceries, we got this great big bag of chicken breast. Though I'm sure everyone knows how to make breaded chicken, I decided to share our little masterpiece because it was our first time making it together. First, we got all of the ingredients out:
Five chicken breasts. |
One box of cornfakes, finely crushed. |
A bowl of flour. |
Five eggs and a hint of milk (not pictured). |
After getting everything we needed out and ready to go. Justin and I are very good at cooking together, easily designating tasks so that we are not tripping over each other. Justin sliced and cut the chicken, I breaded the chicken, and he was in charge of frying it.
We dipped from left to right, flour, eggs, then cornflakes. |
After I was done breading the chicken, Justin was the fryer. |
We ended up with a delicious pan full of chicken, sure enough to have plenty for the three of us for supper and have plenty for Justin to take to lunch.
The finished project! |
